Inclusion Festival
Join us for a day of celebration and inclusion at the Fourth Annual Inclusion Festival presented by Inclusive Compass!

The Inclusion Festival is a vibrant nonprofit music and arts event dedicated to honoring people with disabilities, their friends, families, and allies. This year's lineup boasts a diverse array of live musicians, dancers, and silent disco DJs. Attendees can explore local exhibitors, participate in an interactive drum circle, enjoy free tie-dye and face painting, meet princesses, and so much more. Experience a sensory-friendly environment at the festival, complete with accommodations such as fidgets, ear protection, a quiet cozy area, sensory walls, and engaging activities sponsored by Art Play Petaluma and The Children's Museum of Sonoma County, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive experience for attendees.
Volunteer positions available to support all the aspects of the event! Ready to get involved?
Your participation as a volunteer is invaluable to us, and we deeply appreciate your willingness to contribute. Depending on the position(s) you choose, shifts typically range from 1 to 5 hours in duration.
Feel free to sign up your loved ones for volunteer shifts as well. Minors are also welcome to volunteer, provided they have consent from their guardian and supervision, as needed. We can sign off on community service hours for high schoolers.
As a volunteer, you'll receive fun perks and complimentary entry to the event, although donations are always appreciated. Rest assured that all positions are adequately staffed, and volunteers are encouraged to take breaks to enjoy the festival as well as our hospitality space, complete with free snacks and refreshments.
